How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurement to our size guide found on each product page.
What is the UPF rating of your sun hats?
Most of our hats are rated UPF 50+, which means they block 98% of the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays, providing maximum sun protection for your face and neck.
Can I pack my hat in a suitcase without ruining it?
Many of our styles are specifically labeled as 'Packable' or 'Crushable.' These can be folded or rolled into a suitcase and will regain their shape once unpacked. We recommend stuffing the crown with clothing to maintain its form.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your hat for an upcoming vacation.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hats showing signs of wear or makeup stains cannot be returned.
How should I clean my sun hat?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge straw hats in water or put any of our hats in a washing machine, as this can cause them to lose their shape and structural integrity.
