Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat

  Place the unworn hat in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected and maintains its shape during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
